Overcoming localization of knowledge — the role of professional service firms

The literature on organizational learning asserts that external learning is often limited geographically and technologically. We scrutinize to what extent organizations acquire external knowledge by accessing external knowledge repositories. We argue that professional service firms (PSFs) grant access to nonlocalized knowledge repositories and thereby not only facilitate external learning but also help to overcome localization. Focusing on patent law firms, we test our predictions using a unique dataset of 544,820 pairs of European patent applications. Analyzing patterns of knowledge flows captured in patent citations, we find that accessing a PSF's repository facilitates the acquisition of external knowledge. As the effect is more pronounced for knowledge that is distant to a focal organization, we conclude that having access to a knowledge repository compensates for localization disadvantages. 美国学前教师职前培训体系演进之路省思与启示

美国是世界上学前教育最发达的国家之一,非常重视学前教育师资的培训和质量的提高,高素质的幼教师资主要通过职前培训这个途径来实现。本研究对美国学前教师职前培训体系发展历程进行了梳理,分为学徒制时期、培训学校时期、师范学校时期、师范学院时期和综合大学的教育学院和文理学院的教育系时期。反思不同时期美国学前教师职前培训的经验与教训,结合我国国情,在培训目标、课程设置、质量保障机制、教育实践等几个方面对我国学前师资的职前培训体系进行展望。     

The Labor-Managed Firm: Permanent or Start-Up Subsidies?

We explore a new argument that seeks to explain the near absence of the labor-managed firm or cooperative, despite a range of inefficiencies attributed to the present-day capitalist firm. We derive the crucial condition for the emergence of labor-managed firms and show that it is unduly restrictive from an efficiency point of view. The policy implication is that public intervention to promote labor-managed firms should primarily be in the form of start-up subsidies rather than in providing permanent tax subsidies.     

经济学视角下自然保护区有效管理行为研究——以甘肃白水江自然保护区李子坝社区为例

以甘肃白水江自然保护区李子坝社区巡护监测为例,从经济学的视角,运用比较优势和竞合模型分析该社区巡护监测与专业巡护监测的两种行为。模型分析显示两者各有优势,在专业巡护监测的基础上,如果辅之以社区巡护监测能更有效地促进环境与生物的多样性的保护,既可以提升有效管理的水平,又可以达到社区保护利益的最大化。     

Knowing your boundaries: Integration opportunities in international professional service firms

This study presents three different business models (continuous, repetitious, and unique) identified in international professional service firms that pursue a transnational strategy. These business models have varying opportunities for global integration. We extend the integration–responsiveness framework by offering a framework for analyzing how to balance global integration with local responsiveness when pursuing a transnational strategy. By identifying the content, structure, and governance transactions of the three business models, we can determine when to pursue headquarters-initiated global integration and when to choose strategies that ensure local responsiveness and subsidiary competitiveness in local markets.

对企业类型、人才结构与岗位分布、岗位能力要求以及校企合作等方面进行调研,了解公路交通行业对公路工程检测技术型人才专业知识、岗位技能和职业素养的要求,定位人才培养目标,为科学合理地构建课程体系,进一步优化人才培养方案提供依据。     

农民专业合作社对农地经营权抵押贷款潜在 需求及影响因素分析

研究目的:通过对江苏省徐州、淮安、泰州、南京4市191个非试点村340份农民专业合作社的有效问卷调查的分析,检验了农民专业合作社对农地经营权抵押贷款的潜在需求及影响因素。研究方法:文献调查法,Logit回归模型。研究结果:分析了4个地区的农民专业合作社对农村土地经营权抵押贷款的潜在需求与关键影响因素。研究结论:(1)农民专业合作社对农地经营权抵押贷款存在强烈需求;(2)银行较少为农民专业合作社提供针对性的金融性产品,享受农业政策性保险与贴息贷款农民专业合作社比例较低;(3)这种潜在需求受到年龄、受教育水平、固定资产规模、年贷款申请次数、贷款满足率、银行是否提供针对性金融产品、是否享有政策性农业保险、是否享有贴息贷款以及地区等因素的不同程度影响。     

以马斯洛需求层次理论指导会计职业道德教育

本文提出基于马斯洛需求层次理论,以＂需求实现＂保障会计职业道德教育实效,结合学生的职业生涯发展,以＂需求愿景＂构建会计职业道德约束,并提出系统重构与实施会计专业人才培养方案,为会计职业道德教育提供了新的思路与实践方向。
